I’ve led organizations through acquisitions, restructures, and rapid-growth pivots, and I’ve hired, promoted, and coached dozens of emerging and established leaders.

My experience:
Early in my career, I noticed a pattern: people were promoted into leadership roles without ever being taught how to lead. They were expected to “just know” how to manage others, influence stakeholders, and navigate complex organizational dynamics.
After building a team of 50+ professionals across multiple NYC agencies, I realized my favorite part of leadership was helping people grow. I now channel that experience into coaching professionals who want clarity, confidence, and a career they’re proud of.
